Our hands-on sessions ensure that you stretch safely and effectively, even if you struggle to relax your muscles or manage discomfort during deeper stretches.

Session Preparation

Knee Pads (if required): For added comfort during certain stretches.

Yoga Blocks (if required): To assist with proper positioning and support.
