Understanding the importance of technique is crucial for maximising your workout benefits while minimising the risk of injury. Our sessions are designed with set training days and adequate rest days to ensure your body has the necessary time to recover and grow stronger.


What To Bring:

To make the most of your workout, please bring the following items:

Water: Hydration is key, so ensure you arrive well-hydrated

Yoga mat

Knee pads (If required)

Yoga blocks (required)
