This service is exclusively available at the client's place, which means our coach can attend your gym, home, or at the Wiz Fit studio (Croydon) location, provided you have the necessary weights.
Hydration and Equipment: Staying hydrated is essential. Bring the following items to your session:

Yoga mat
Knee pads (if required)
Yoga blocks (if required)
Stretch band (Preferred)
