This class focuses on strengthening your core and enhancing hip flexibility. This class is ideal for anyone seeking to tone and strengthen their abs, alleviate lower back pain, boost overall body mobility, and improve posture. This class is suitable for all levels, this doesn’t mean it will be easy! Workout Focus Cutting Into Belly Fat: Targeting abdominal fat through effective exercises. Strengthening the Lower Back, Core & Obliques: Building a robust core foundation. Stabilizing the Entire Body: Enhancing overall balance and stability. Hip Opening Focus Increasing Movement in Hips and Releasing Stress: Promoting flexibility and relaxation. Relieving Back Pain: Easing tension and discomfort in the back. Middle Splits Training: Developing flexibility for improved splits. Strengthening of the Hips: Building strength and resilience. Important Information Cameras must be turned on and sound on mute Arrival: Please arrive on time and ensure you are adequately hydrated. Note that the class may be filmed. What to Bring Water Yoga Mat: Essential for comfort and support. Yoga Blocks: Optional, but useful for added support. Knee Pads: Optional, for additional comfort during exercises. You have a 10-minute grace period. Class slots will be cancelled after 10 minutes of lateness or no-show. No cancellations or rescheduling are allowed.
