Join us for our Hips and Back Stretch class, where you'll embark on an informative and rejuvenating stretch journey. Our experienced stretch coach will lead you through a series of carefully crafted drills and stretches, specifically designed to target tight areas in your hips and back. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this class is adaptable for all levels.

- Relieving Lower Back Pain: Stretches aimed at alleviating discomfort and strain in the lower back.

- Strengthening the Hips and Back: Build strength and improve your posture through targeted exercises.

- Backbends and Shoulder Mobility: Enhance your flexibility and mobility with guided backbend and shoulder stretches.

- Increasing Flexibility and Relieving Built-up Tension: Unlock your body's potential by relieving tension and increasing overall flexibility.

- Middle Splits: Work towards mastering the middle splits with safe and effective stretch techniques.
