Service Description

Blocks and Bands Full Body Stretch Class! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced participant, this session is designed to enhance flexibility and mobility through the use of yoga blocks and stretch bands. Our class is tailored to fit the needs of each individual, ensuring a personalised experience for everyone. Class Overview In this full-body stretch session, you'll engage in a variety of exercises that will help you: - Get Deeper into Stretches: Use yoga blocks to support and extend your range in various poses. - Experience Assisted Stretching: Stretch bands will aid in achieving positions that enhance flexibility. - Advance Flexibility and Mobility: Learn techniques to elevate your practice using these essential tools. Required Equipment For class entry, please ensure you have the following items: - Yoga Blocks: Required to participate - Flexibility Loop Stretch Band: Required (not a resistance workout band). Available for purchase on our site. Important Information Arrival: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth session. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, sessions will be cancelled. Hydration: Staying hydrated is crucial, so bring water along with you. Additional Items: Yoga mat and knee pads (if needed). Note: Be aware that the class will be filmed for promotional purposes.
