Service Description

This class is specifically designed to enhance your leg strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class offers the perfect blend of strength training and flexibility exercises to suit your needs. Workout Session Leg strength training workout that uses your body weight as the primary resistance. Please remember that yoga blocks are REQUIRED for this session, as they play a crucial role in your training. Without them, entry to the class will not be permitted. Key Benefits: Improving Muscular Endurance: Boost your stamina and resilience by targeting key muscle groups. Strengthening the Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves: Achieve toned and powerful legs that will support your active lifestyle. Hip & Hamstrings Stretch Session Following the strength training, indulge in a soothing yet effective hip and hamstring stretch session, focusing on splits training. This portion of the class is dedicated to increasing flexibility and releasing tension. Key Benefits: Stretching and Strengthening the Hips & Hamstrings: Experience increased mobility and flexibility. Easing Tight Hammies/Strengthening the Glutes: Alleviate tension and build strength in your lower body. Releasing Stress from the Hips & Increasing Movement: Enjoy greater freedom of movement and reduced stress. Getting Comfortable with Front Splits: Work towards achieving perfect front splits with guided exercises. Important Information Punctuality: Please arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. Note that class will be filmed for educational purposes. What to Bring: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (if needed) A pair of yoga blocks - required Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Classes will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up. Unfortunately, there are NO cancellations or rescheduling options available.
