Service Description
Increasing your ability to move through a range of motion with strength and control. Full body strength and mobility sessions (Dynamic stretching) - Increasing flexibility - Joint specific strength training & pain relief - Injury prevention/Rehab - Improve athletic performance and strength - Pain free movement Please be advised you must sign in on time and ensure you are hydrated. (Please note that class may be filmed - Cameras must be on. Please contact us if you'd rather have an alternative) Bring along: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (if required) Yoga blocks (if required) You have a 10 minute grace period to log into the Zoom. No entry to the class will be given after this, slots will be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. No cancellations or rescheduling.
