Service Description

This hip opening class is designed to help you release tension and enhance flexibility in your hips. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced participant, this class is suitable for all levels and is led by our experienced stretch coach. What to Expect: This is NOT yoga. During this class, you'll be guided through a series of effective strength training drills and stretches aimed at opening up your hips and increasing mobility. The benefits of this class include: - Relieving Lower Back Pain: Alleviate discomfort as you work through targeted stretches that loosen tight areas. - Strengthening of the Hips & Glutes: Build strength in key muscle groups to support overall hip health. - Increasing Movement and Releasing Stress: Enhance your range of motion while reducing stress and tension in your body. - Middle Splits Training: Progress towards achieving middle splits with focused exercises. Important Information: Arrival: Please log in on time, the warm up cannot be missed in order to prevent injury! You have a 10-minute grace period, class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or fail to log in. Cameras must be turned on and sound on mute Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before and during the class.
