Class Focus:

Join our experienced stretch coach for a session that targets key areas to enhance your flexibility and performance:

- Stretching and Strengthening: Focus on both the hips and hamstrings to improve your range of motion and build strength.

- Easing Tightness: Work on relieving tight hamstrings while strengthening the glutes for better support and balance.

- Stress Release: Learn techniques to release tension from the hips, promoting increased movement and relaxation.
