Learning to Trust Your Arms as Much as Your Legs

In our sessions, you'll focus on:

- Stretching and Strengthening: Targeting your back, arms, and shoulders to build the necessary strength and flexibility.

- Powerful Kick-Ups: Mastering the art of kicking up from a backbend to stand back on your feet with confidence.

- Overcoming Fear: Conquering the fear of transitioning from a backbend to a handstand safely and effectively.


What to Bring

To ensure you have a productive and comfortable experience, please bring the following items:


- Water: Staying hydrated is crucial for peak performance.

- Yoga Mat: For comfort and stability during exercises.

- Knee Pads: Optional, for additional support and protection.

- Yoga Blocks: Optional, for assistance in achieving the correct form.
